*OUR BACKSTORY*

 Joel Thomas, JT to most, was the founder of Highway 1, starting the band in 2011 and passing away in 2021. He thought of himself as an entertainer first and a musician second, which was evident in the band‘s performances. He led the band playing at Parrothead events, outdoor festivals, tiki bars and corporate events for over a decade. His legacy and Highway 1 continues to this day. We miss our friend and band mate.
